+20% clamp" refers to a 20% increase in clamping force.
Never heard of anyone lightening a flywheel in a way that would change the required pressure plate and clutch disk unless it was a radical solution such as going to a Tilton multi disk clutch (or similar).
In other words: It will be stock dimensions.
