Obviously, a clutch doesn't have any clamping force, the pressure plate does.
Most shops do separate the purchased parts from the labor ( to keep the tax Nazis at bay), and it probably would be good to list what was sold accurately.
Either way, pull it apart, see what's in there, and get the correct parts you need. In the long run, waiting a few days for the correct parts is not the end of the world.
