Update:
Trans is coming along after figuring out our differential. The diff that came with the trans we bought wasn't going to work, so we sourced an open diff from a good friend locally. Got the adapter kit in along with a new clutch and PP. Starting to come together nicely, but quite a bit of work to go. Here are a few pics of the nice looking products we got from KEP:
