I shipped my injectors to witch Hunter to be cleaned, and after reinstalling, I was getting 19.9 Mpg. But I'm back down to 9 and not sure what's wrong..

Your either having way too much fun, or something is very wrong, either way its not the oil.
Start a new thread with details on the problem and what your model is, and what the witch hunter report said about your "before" injectors.
