I posted some pictures taken with the cover plate and guide fork off ... a couple of years ago, Jan. 2001 to be precise, to help someone get some 'lost' gears back. A search doesn't seem to find them ...

All three 'actual' shift forks, #15, # 12, and #19A should have been aligned in a row with the slots all accessible by the end of the #2 'dongle' ... in order to be able to find all six gears!
