My 9 year old has done it a couple of times. Freaked me out, one time he woke me up standing by my bedside and talking gibberish.  I've led him back to bed and he goes right to sleep, no memory the next morning. My 6-year old daughter will occasionally yell in her dreams, nice to wake up to yelling but find her fast asleep.
