Many states do not list miles, on the new titles, for the older cars, even if it is filled out on the original title.

Yeah, that's a little bit troubling.

When I emailed them about the mileage discrepancy they responded with:

"Good Morning, We were not under the impression that this vehicle has a mileage issue. The vehicle has been removed from all advertising sources until this can be confirmed. Do you have any documentation to verify this?"

I responded that I'm a bit of a hoarder, probably do have some old paperwork, and would check when I was at my garage this weekend. I also suggested they check Carfax and mentioned that the ad was still listed on Pelican.

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as a local dealer. Now they're on my do-not-buy-from list. Too bad. Car looks like it still holds its own even with the higher mileage.

BTW, the dealer listing the car is RAC Performance in Carrollton, TX.
