Windsor,
you bought the motor when I was interested in the same thing from Garry, remember? I wanted Garry to split shipping charges and you were willing to pay in full. You won, fair deal.
I am now (as soon as I am back in the U.S.) putting my 3.6 motor into my 74 car. Most of the information is out there. Several Web sites with tons of good stuff.
The main point is to either have every little piece aquired before doing the conversion yourself or have it done by a reputable shop. You don't want to pay big $$$ to a shop where time is wasted to 'figure' things out.
I was planning on having a bunch of people from SoCal attending when I do my swap in mid-May. Paul Scop, Mike Zois, Dave, etc. to name a few. I won't charge a fee and you are welcome to drop by. You're are not that far away.
FYI: I am not a mechanic. I bought a motor and aquired all the parts over the course of six month. I won't use one of the kits. I am doing the swap in my two-car garage. Basic hand tools, factory manuals and some research is all that is needed.
Ingo
