I agree. I collect punk records and first pressings of records that weren't pressed in high numbers are very collectible. Same with metal, I know. All genres have their holy grails

Don't get your hopes up. I've spent my life in used record shops and collect. Unless you've got mint original blue note jazz vinyl or extremely rare 78 blues records, there's not many records that sell for more than $100 a piece.

I'd like to add that there are a LOT of metal, punk and hardcore records going for way more than $100.
