I am pretty much a sucker for estate/garage sales--there was a great one this past weekend close to home. This house was packed--guy was definately a "car guy"--lots of misc. parts, tools, old Hemmings, trophys from car show victories, and lots of old gun stuff--the majority of which were picked over by the time I arrived. I admit it takes patience, as some people are just plain rude and push/shove, but I always like to see what is out there--the sellers are having another at this location on 3/8/14, since they haven't had time to do the basement, garage, or attic yet.

My picks.
(2) bicycles half-off after 12:00 got this pair for $50.00. The yellow bike is some type of W. German folding bicycle--butterflies on all the emblems, friction-powered headlamp--missing the chain guard and needs tires, but not bad.
The blue bike is a Sport something has a double headlight, which I am trying to figure out Needs tires, but is cleaning up nicely. The rims and chrome are shining up with some compound and the box of steel wool I also purchased at the sale (for 1.00). Someone loved this bike, the western auto speedo/odo shows close to 800 miles
late 60's chevy truck gauge cluster--5.00
This took me a while to figure out--at first I thought it was a leak-down tester. It is a braided air hose with a threaded spark plug hole attachment on one end, a "Ford" branded air pressure gauge, and a small wrench/valve stem attachment on the other--I did figure out what it is, but anyone else want to guess? Cost me fifty cents.
Also got some other odds and ends--can't wait to see what he had in the garage.
