Have the truck back up as far as it can then drop it on a dolly.
Looks like you can get within 10 feet of the garage, not that big a deal to move the motor that short a distance.
If you really don't want to break a sweat then bolt an eye somewhere to the garage, pass a rope through it, when motor is on dolly tie rope to dolly and the other end to the truck, truck driver can slowly pull out of drive which will pull the motor up the drive.
