Look, I have a bunch of dewalt ni-cad batteries right here, so I start on Rigid last year. same thing, all 4 (2 ni-cad and 2 lithium) in less than a year. I bought 5 lithium 1865CE and soldered them in tonight. Charged them full, squeezed the trigger for couple seconds, it's out. Charged again, same thing happened. Must be the bad cells that I bought.
I emailed interstate. let's see if they respond tomorrow.
