PML - if you want an 8-15K hobby car, you are looking in the wrong place.

All I can think of in that range is a Fox body mustang. Or something that is really rusty.

If you want one in that range, expect work. My 84 was 7500. I've put a ton of work into it.

So - you can buy a 30 K car and do nothing, or you can buy a 7500 car and put some money in it. Up to you.
