The 930 was produced from 1975-1989 with slantnose produced in 1983 although slantnose options were available for the us market after 1983.

My engine# is: 6891286 (stamped on the engine: 930/83)
Not sure what the transmission serial number is but I was told it
is a 930 turbo transmission and it is a 4 speed which sounds correct. I will have to look and see what the serial number is.
