[Nostril Cheese]

Any of you guys know the Ford 4.6L V8?

My roommate's F150 came home today on a tow truck. Spark plug blew out of cyl. no. 3 (counting at passenger side from front of engine).

I know this is a problem on the 5.4L, is it also common on the 4.6L?

I plan on taking the coil off tomorrow and tackling this. He did say he changed the plugs last summer, hopefully the threads arent gone..

Any advice, tips or experience would be helpful.
