it is & was....
but it really didn't seem to make a difference to the folks who monitor this activity...
like they looked the other way as well...
my Lady investigates folks who went and looked where they had no biz..
and it's an easy trail ...
so, maybe she will get some $$..
but her days as a LEO are gonna get harder..
she will always be ' one of them' henceforth..
