Today was a big day for the car and tomorrow is even bigger. After being off the road for just over 25yrs it is now received its VIN verification along with the order of personalized plates. During it's brief visit at AAA for VIN verification I was told it gained quite an audience with all sorts of interest, all good. We figured it was fitting to get the California Whale Tail personalized plate and turns out it's original personalized plate letting was still available. Kinda shocking it was available after being on the open market for 25yrs.
Tomorrow it heads off the TLG Auto in North Hollywood for it's 3.2L heart transplant along with a few other odds and end.
Outside of the engine being installed, OMP First-R seats and WRC steering wheel are in route (Thank You OMP for the support!!) and yesterday I purchased a AutoPower Industries bolt-in roll cage. Things are getting very interesting.
