Just so I am crystal:
1. Do not change the BOV output on upper manifold route to the lower manifold.
2. Plug throttle butterfly bypass on TB
3. Plug the decel port on the underside of the upper manifold.
4. Plug the upper port of the Y pipe on the lower manifold.
