there are lots. You could always get a nicer Seiko. Seiko makes some very nice watches, or does she think that Seiko is a cheap brand?

What style of watch are you looking for? diver, military, casual, gold, etc.... Give us examples of the look that you or she is thinking of and we can offer better suggestions.

What kind of Seiko do you have? And what do you or the missus think constitutes a better watch, quartz, automatic, etc... The Tissot that you posted just looks like an overpriced quartz watch to me. I have a hard time seeing a watch with an analog and digital display as "nicer". If that's what you are looking for, there are lots and lots of watches in that style for <$200-300.
