The Rexxer I referenced in Germany was indeed Daniele Moto, and I worked directly with Chris S, who runs the show.

The R12S pistons I bought directly from Wossner when I found out about their availability. The big bore pistons were another matter, which evidently was a design contracted by R&R with Wossner. Wossner would not sell them to me and the US distributor didn't even know of their existence. R&R wouldn't sell them to me and told me to work with Max, who was more than willing to sell me a kit for $5500, which was ludicrous when I had bought the same parts for the R12S for only $1400 (sans bore job).

I am sure it is just business that got in the way, Max had an agreement with Kurt and that was it. So my alternative was to go with my own sourcing, and CP Carrillo is not too shabby here in the US.
