I had the exact same car. Sadly I lost it to a write-off collision late last year. Car had over 100K trouble free miles. Do get the chip - really brightens up the acceleration though it will expose weakness in the stock airflow components which you will want to upgrade as well.
Not too many DD Porsche around here I guess.
