Thoughts:

An '86 will have a 915 trans rather than the G50 that many think add value. I'm not one of those people but I don't set the market. If you're like me this works to your advantage as 915 cars are generally cheaper.

190K kms is over 100K miles so no premium for low mileage either. Also no premium for recent engine/trans work and you might need to spend money later yourself. White cars generally don't command a premium either. Is the interior black (good) or a crazy colour like blue (only good if you're into it)?

Condition will determine a reasonable price and we haven't seen any photos to judge. PPI is a must as you know, but if it checks out well then $25K is not too far out of line. I'd like it at $22K or so - or as cheap as you can get it! It's too bad our dollar is tanking as this will make the car even more expensive for you.
