Took my door panels apart and removed the rotten cardboard/wood/whatever the hell that material is and installed new clean cardboard/wood/whatever the hell that material is. I figure if it lasted about 30 years of others owning it and driving it in the rain, it'll last me owning it and rarely to never driving it in the rain.
