Test fitted the new duck from Getty, redid the wiring to the lights in boltz to the back plate (what a PITA), redid the 3rd brake light, and replaced all fuses and lightly sanded all the connections.
Installed refaced speedo in 914 done by Seattle Speedomoter for $90.
