Thanks for the welcome guys!
Spent a few hours removing a lot and i mean a lot of unnecessary trim from the car... He had glued weather stripping directly to the paint everywhere with what exactly in mind i will never know.
Will begin interior strip this weekend and we will see how bad the floor pan is!
