What ??? $70+K is the current bid with less than an hour to go. This sort of thing reminds me of the real estate bubble of a few years ago. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think it would bring the $70K plus cost of restoration when it comes time to sell it - however I/we have been plenty surprised before. Maybe it will be worth something like a quarter million.
