I have driven from Tn to Fla on two occasions now in my 911 and mainly thru the state of Ga on I-75 but also with some miles on I-95/I-16(took a swing thru Savanah to eat at the Shell House on the way back) and the thing that I noted was the lack of full service gas stations. You will mainly be filling up at convenience stores so you will need to carry your own sources for oil and other consumables. You will probably pass a number of Walmarts so you may be able to restock if you are using mainstream products.
We do carry a small cooler with water bottles and some snacks and candies. One of the best (and worst) things about long trips in 911 is the range of a tank of fuel. I have to stop more frequently than the car does.
