From Google searches I see you can measure theoretical compression ratios using this method.

For discussion purposes for giggles, let's say your rings and pistons are totally shot. I mean cracked ring lands, ring end gap is way beyond tolerance, blah. blah.

You could calculate the volumetric mass compression ratio, slathering the sleeves and rings with enough vaseline to overcome leakage.

I know this is not the case.

If you did not change anything, even with new stock P&C's, why would it be different than "factory"?

Tell us a wee bit more about what may have been changed.
