Some of these guys kill me trying to keep-up or build what's perceived to be hot at the moment.. then when the tastes change and they're still building, thy struggle /waste money to change direction in order to be relevant. Poo on that, build what you feel or what's cool to you!

Well said. I didn't cutup a real RSR. This was Brumos's version of a club racer/hot rod. The metal and finishing work was poor (but likely okay in 1974). I'd like to imagine this is how they would have done it in 2014.
I'm keeping the heart of their original vision in this car - the 3.0 power plant. I'm keeping the shell close to what they intended, but with some tweaks.
