No diagnosis here regarding your condition but...after reading your description of Sunday and Monday, only to be followed by a 7 mile run on Tuesday...well, I won't tell you what I thought, because you wouldn't like it. Let's just say it has something to do with being dummer than dirt.
Next time you crap your brains out for two days straight....TAKE A DAY OFF!
