Those were my thoughts exactly...
Very similar story in our local emergency room recently. Dehydration, hypovolemia, vigorous exercise. That led to a fatal cardiac arrhythmia in a 45 year old guy who was in fantastic condition and his autopsy showed no underlying cardiac disease at all.
You got off with a little hematuria and dodged a Darwin Award.
