I went out to the engine this morning to give the head bolts another spray down of PB Blaster, and found another broken stud.. This have me wondering if my engine stand is contributing to these breakings. The broken stud is again on the exhaust side of the head bottom row. Could the flexing and strain of the engine sitting on the stand cause the bolt the shear.
Dark spot on the bolt show earlier cracking and degrading.
