The Navy uses it now for developing flight deck launch systems. Part of the hanger is set up as a mock carrier deck, complete with catapult. These also a few other things going on in there including a Hindenburg museum. Its freakin huge! The Hindenburg crashed about a 1000 feet in front of it. There's a memorial on the spot.
