Its all about in which country the ticket is issue from/to/by who.
If you are an US citizen, according to the very small print on the 5th page of the "agreement" you can sue anybody in the chain of command all the way to the Withehouse...
(Same DNA right that allow you to by an AK-47 while drunk at a Gun Show).
On the other hand, if you are not an US citizen you are SOL... We apply the same rule
I Hope you enjoy the race, I think its the same one I went to (2011), the race was delayed for hours due to piss down rain, and Button won on the last lap
