Avid is great.

Adobe Premiere is excellent as is Sony Vegas
I have Adobe Premiere. It's not so easy to do the voice overs, and I have no idea how to add watermarks.

D&J, I am nowhere near that level. So far I have a lot of cool footage of "fly aways" where the drone ignores the wi-fi signal and takes off. There is a failsafe mode that brings it back home and lands it. It's really neat.

I'm actually thinking 60 seconds is about the right length of time unless you're doing a documentary type shoot.
