My wife and I are traveling through southern Germany in June and would like to see Switzerland for a couple of days and perhaps go south through the northern part of Italy to the sea.
Any advice on where to stay and what would be worth seeing? Will be driving to enjoy the mountains and not really sure what is there.
We have about a week left of our 2 week vacation to fill.

Any help would be appreciated.
