I've really improved my diet. No fast food. Rare restaurant visits at all. Zero processed food. I eat red meat once a week. Vegetarian when I can. I have vowed to cover half my plate with veggies. Breakfast is stet cut outs every work day.
If I cook spaghetti. I make the simple tomato sauce. Whole wheat pasta. And in the sauce I will wilt giant handfuls of kale or something. I use my food processor a lot more now.
Tonight. Cod tacos. Homemade pico de gallo, a simple slaw of diced Brussels sprouts, kale, and cabbage. Dressed with hot sauce and non fat yogurt. Oh. I made my own hot sauce. I only ate about 4 oz of fish.
I feel way better now. No food comas. More energy. Biological functions at all GO!
