I think Panerai's vision would have merit for someone looking for a project to get into the hobby at a low price point -- and that market is definitely out there.
But since you already have a sorted 85 Targa to drive, not sure if that is what you are looking for.
I'm sure Edd China could wrench some money into the car, but he apparently works for free.
