Most of what I find is the US is tin or zinc, Cadmium plating seems to be a Euro thing, but also these are not generic terminal, I believe they fit in our CE panel relay sockets.
Main issue I suspect is that this type of terminal is normally sold in huge quantities only to OEM, its not a consumer product. This is true of all the connectors in our cars I have looked at so far, cheap to big industrial users, no cheap sources for quantity less than 500.
Eagle Day , PORSCHE, BMW, MERCEDES, AERO KITS, APPAREL, ACCESSORIES, PERFORMANCE has the amp connectors used in the bosch stuff, but not the CE panel type.
