Depends on how you like your narrative structure and if you're into abstraction, farce, and having cinematography and style be characters in the movie. I thought Moonrise Kingdom was one of the best films I've ever seen, and GBH isn't far behind. It reminds me of Midsummer Night's Dream.
fwiw I didn't really care for Royal Tannenbaums. So there's a butt for every seat...
