on a happier note, my friend replaced his video card that was very much dead. well, i replaced it for him. then i found out that his old card is only halfway through its three year warranty and it is a very nice video card, despite its age. frankly, i was amazed at how well it still compares to the new cards, still on the high end video card list. anyway, i let him know that it is still covered and he said merry christmas. oh BABY! it benchmarks twice as high as the card i am currently using. i sent it in, today, for RMA. color me stoked!
oh, and my foot is getting better. it is all kinds of pretty colors. pics, anyone?
