Washed the car, taking all that NM and transit dust off, and started attacking the heavily oxidized hood. It worked okay, and if I knew how to post photos here I'd do it, since there's not a lot available online about hoods as oxidized as mine is.

It was kinda sorta a test cleaning because I figured if this wasn't going to work then I'd do a vinyl on the hood for the interim. More pressing systems need the attention for the time being.

Working on the pax headlight as well, but at least the car's cleaner overall now...
