We have two iPhones, two iPod touches, and two iPads. Pretty hard to call me a hater, but I also think Apple is slipping. iOS 7 was the first time that I have felt the need to tinker with the settings to make the phone "better". We have a lot of problems with music randomly appearing on the kids' iPods from my large iTunes library, some of which isn't appropriate. iCloud is useless without paying for more storage, every time I use my iPad I have to navigate through messages about upgrading my storage. My wife's 6 month old iPhone 5 has an issue where the volume up will stick, leaving the indicator in the middle of her screen for hours. SW updates no longer remember all of your settings, instead restoring some to default. After updating devices you have to manually tweak the settings, fun when there are six devices in your household. Music is almost impossible to delete, especially entire albums. It will cling to an unusable LTE signal instead of dropping to 4G, I have to change the settings and force it to 4G at times to have data service. I could go on.....

I used to love Apple stuff because it just worked. That advantage seems to be slipping away.
