Ya it's definitely not aging well. Has been patched once before already. Like I said, would love to rip it all out and put in concrete, but that's a few years out.
Oh and I discovered tonight that an area between the falls and the pump gets damp when the falls are running. Guess I need to dig that pipe up and replace it, especially before we pour concrete.
