IRCC, the 40* turn (actually a turn
to 40*) was to the
right(east) and a normal course correction for the route to Beijing. I was referring to the 90+* turn to the left (west) which was entered into the plane's computer.
Does anyone know if records of previous ACARS reports are kept?
