Its for me, and I generally drive 30K miles per year( my last Mazda did 268K miles, the Renault before it 450K miles, on their original engines). The 1.7 litre tubo diesel has been Vauxhall's mainstay diesel for years. Back in the 80's I had the first generation Astra(my one and only Vauxhall in all my 47 years of driving) which needed a new petrol engine at 50,000 miles which is why I am hesitant about this car even at the bargain price.
