As far as front end effects:
I agree with Zeke that a front spoiler might do the trick. What also might work is a factory valence. I love the look of the valence in the front, although it is unlikley to be as aerodynamic as an air damn. Check it out. Here's a picture of Johnson's Ol Yeller with valence (the part below the bumper).
Also notice how on this car the rocker panels are color coded (i.e. the same color as the car). I think that's fly.
