It felt like there was enough time to react and slow down;
I get the impression that the driver of the SUV didn't anticipate that accident, and wasn't aware of what was happening until he was hitting the truck.
Maybe the space between vehicles seemed compressed due to the nature of the lens on the dash cam.....
Lucky no one was hurt bad,...
