Got to love after the fact, armchair drivers 
Think about it at 60mph (100kph) you are traveling 88 feet per second and if you watch the dash cam vehicle it is under heavy braking that's why it swerves to the left then right.
The cops said they did the reconstruction and that this totally unavoidable for the truck with the right of way.
