I would have been watching that truck from a quarter mile down the road, and assumed that he was not going to stop. Because of that truck, I would have been easing off the gas as I approached that intersection, automatically. I agree. Pick up truck is at fault. BUT, SUV driver could have prevented this had he been focused and driving defensively.
